Reorganization

I'd like to suggest a small reorganization of this template. It is difficult to explain in words, so i will do it, and then undo it. Please, do not ignore it because I will undo it, but rather comment if you agree/disagree. If no comment will come within several weeks, I'll assume no objections for re-doing. I made my proposal. There are several issues, as I said. So, I trust you will see yourself specifically what I did. Just one thing to add: I don't like that grey color. Can we get something more red or blue or yellow or green? I know this grey it is the Valachian traditional color, but can we change it to something more Moldavian or Transylvanian, pls?
