As a result of an administrative change to boundaries, a new county has apparently been created: North Savadkuh County, which encompasses Shirgah District (this title now redirects to the new county title). As a result, a new template covering the new county needs to be created. Letting people know that this template will be split by this set of revisions -- and wanted to give people a chance to discuss before I or another actually does the split.
