Moving references outside of template

A discussion at WikiProject Check Wikipedia brought this up, it's not regular to have the reflist in the template itself. Given it is only used on 23 pages this should be an easy fix if the template is changed. Are there any objections to this being done? Jerod Lycett (talk) 19:25, 2 January 2020 (UTC)
