Fantansy

The community contributions refers to sites like Elfwood, DevianArts...etc. Most of LotR are not community they are fan sites not community contributions. The only one I can think of is mythological paintings toward Lord of the Rings. Community contributions also includes members writting novels and short stories for a game.

Examples elvish.org is a community contributions that explore the artificial elvish languages used in Lord of the Rings novels, museums, Tolkien's manuscript, graphics novels, soundtracks publications...etc. They even document elvish inscription in movie such as weapons (swords, spears, shields) objects (helmets books), ornaments...etc. --Ramu50 (talk) 22:01, 23 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

This version is temporary, I am going to ask help from Template:Fantasy.

There is a likelihood that I might create a Comics template for splitting. Because the studies, style, culture and community are significantly different from novels. They will include:

  • Anime, Magnas
  • Magazine (Superheroes)

Theme: Mutants

The science fiction I am partly confused. I am not sure is Quest too "Dungeons and Dragons" or are they Norse Mythology-based. Legendary Creature needs to be clarify, because Japansese and UK are more Folklore style. Chinese, Greek and Norse legendary creatures are mythological and religiously related. However, the Chinese affects in most part only the custom, Greek mythology affects their life, literature, while Norse honours theme (kind of like rites of passage).

I am not quite sure should Fables be a standalone genre since they date all the back to Aesop Fables. Nowadays they are commonly portrayed as animals e.g. Redwall, The Welkin Weasels. --Ramu50 (talk) 22:30, 23 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
