How Is This Template Different From {{TOCleft}}?

Seems that the biggest difference is how simple it is. TOCleft seems much more complicated. This one was created as I was unable to find anything about the other one after hunting around for about an hour. ···日本穣^{? · Talk to Nihonjoe} 19:40, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
