Tim Renton
editAlthough he was never in full cabinet I would think Tim Renton attended meetings as Chief Whip. The similar Major and May templates list chief Whips who were never/have not been full cabinet members as also attending - should the same be done here with Renton (all the other Chief Whips under Thatcher held other cabinet posts at some point). Naming styles - Hogg and Gilmour
editI have changed Quintin Hogg to Lord Halisham, as he was a peer throughout the period he served in Mrs Thatcher's cabinet and this is how he was always described. Other peers like Lord Soames are listed in this fashion so Hailsham should not be different. Similarly Ian Gilmour was Sir Ian Gilmour, owing to being a baronet, during his entire time as minister in the Thatcher Cabinet so I have changed this for consistency as Geoffrey Howe is recorded with his knighthood. - I have also now changed Keith Joseph to Sir Keith Joseph as this was his correct style of address throughout his time as a minister in Margaret Thatcher's cabinet (being a baronet). Dunarc (talk) 21:01, 1 June 2020 (UTC)
