The minister for Interior and Kingdom Relations was Piet Hein Donner, untill 16 december 2011 when he resigned to be appointed as Vice President of the Council of State. Should we include him in this list, as technically he was part of the current cabinet. Or should we leave him out and only include current cabinet members?
