This edit request has been answered. Set the |answered= or |ans= parameter to no to reactivate your request.

Please enclose the {{incomplete}} template in <noinclude> tags. It is currently being transcluded into every article that transcludes this template, making all those articles also appear to be "incomplete". This then makes that article be placed into the cleanup category tree Category:Articles to be expanded, which is wrong, since each article should individually have {{incomplete}} transcluded if they are incomplete, and it should not appear on those that are not incomplete.
Please make parameter 1 for {{incomplete}} say "template" (ie. {{incomplete|template}} ) add "|template" before the date parameter. Where now it says "article" it will then say "template", as this is not an article.

So in full it should look like:

{{incomplete|template|date=January 2014}}
</noinclude>
