Bug in Template

As can be seen at the bottom of this page: [1] if you click "Show" by "Administrator use only:" the decline template is improperly filled out. It is populating "reason=blocking administrator" instead of the block reason. The accept reason is properly filled out.

Ya I cannot edit that template with any confidence. Not without reconfiguring my brain first. I don't know if this page is on anyone's watchlist, if nobody responds I will go to village pump technical. HighInBC ^{Need help? Just ask.} 10:55, 30 June 2021 (UTC)
