The template written as "idaṃ puggalo navakaṃ Pāliya" is not a correct Pali sentence. Because the subject of the sentence "puggalo" is nominative singular musculine, so its demonstrative pronoun "ayam." as well as predicative adjective "navaka" must be in the same form according to case, number and gender. Although "idam." is nominative singular, but the gender is "neuter" which does not agree with the subject. Also "navakam." can be either accusative singular musculine or nominative singular neuter, which again, does not agree with "puggalo" in either case. Therefore the template should be corrected to "Ayam. puggalo navako pAliyA" or more popular form "Ayam. puggalo navako pAliyam.", where "m." represents anusvAra and "A" represents the 'long a' vowel. (I cannot type diacritics here, so have to use such signs to represent the diacritics.) Dhammamedhi 11:48, 13 November 2005 (UTC)
