change "alt=⚠" to "alt=small symbol with exclamation mark" or "alt=small warnsign"

because screenreaders can't read "⚠"

and I would recommend to delete "link="

because there is no link. W like wiki good to know 22:29, 20 October 2020 (UTC)Reply

The mysterious triangulated exclamation mark

edit

When we commit an edit on some pages under certain versions of Wikipedia on some devices, there appears under the page title a small red exclamation mark in a red triangle followed by some numbers: WHAT does that mean?!... I'm not sure it's part of this "warning" template, but if someone in the know high up in the hierarchy could take 2 minutes and commit an explanation somewhere in Wikipedia's Help system, I for one think it would be of an immense value... because I asked 5 people already and THEY have no clue either; thank you. --AlainR345Techno-Wiki-Geek 14:46, 18 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
