Between 1756 and 1916 there was no special status of Ukraine, so it had no specific official flag. Also the country was divided between Russia and Poland/later Austria/later Austria and Hungary. Using just Russian flag for this time period is incorrect for both reasons.--Dƶoxar (talk) 09:47, 29 November 2017 (UTC)Reply
