Automatic proposed short description

I'd like to add the short description List of events to these pages. I think this should be sufficient, since the page title already includes the year and region, so no need to repeat those. The main exception I see is very long-ago years, such as 997 in Norway, where it isn't fully obvious that "997" is a year, so for years before 1500 I'll have it use List of events in the year YYYY.

Planed code can be seen in the sandbox.

|year= is a required parameter, so the fact that the above will mess up if it's not provided shouldn't be an issue. Let me know if you have any concerns; otherwise, I'll implement in a day or few. Cheers, {{u|Sdkb}} ^talk 20:13, 29 December 2020 (UTC)
