Teodoro Sampaio is a municipality in the state of São Paulo in Brazil. The population is 23,273 (2020 est.) in an area of 1556 km².[2] The elevation is 321 m.

The municipality contains part of the 246,800 hectares (610,000 acres) Great Pontal Reserve, created in 1942.[3] It contains the 33,845 hectares (83,630 acres) Morro do Diabo State Park, created in 1986.[4] It also contains 36% of the 6,677 hectares (16,500 acres) Mico Leão Preto Ecological Station, established in 2002.[5]

editIn telecommunications, the city was served by Telecomunicações de São Paulo.[6] In July 1998, this company was acquired by Telefónica, which adopted the Vivo brand in 2012. The company is currently an operator of cell phones, fixed lines, internet (fiber optics/4G) and television (satellite and cable).[7]
