The Snow on the Footsteps (French: La neige sur les pas) is a 1942 French drama film directed by André Berthomieu and starring Pierre Blanchar, Michèle Alfa and Georges Lannes.[1] [2] It was based on the 1911 novel of the same title by Henry Bordeaux.[3] The film's sets were designed by the art director Robert Giordani. The novel had previously been adapted into the 1923 silent film The Snow on the Footsteps.
