Thomas Butler Dowda (September 23, 1898 – September 2, 1986) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives.[3][4]

Life and career
editDowda was born in Smyrna, Georgia. He attended Stetson University.[5]
Dowda served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1941 to 1953.[3][4]
Dowda died[1] on September 2, 1986, at the age of 87.
