Biography
editFowler was born in Griffith, New South Wales on 21 March 1925.[1][2] She grew up in the Murrumbidgee irrigation area, before moving to Melbourne where she raised her family.[1] Fowler died in Frankston, Victoria on 7 May 2024, at the age of 99.[2]
