Tuğba Güvenç (born 9 July 1994) is a Turkish middle-distance runner.[1] She competed in the 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics in Beijing, China.

In 2017, she competed in the women's 3000 metres steeplechase event at the 2017 World Championships in Athletics held in London, United Kingdom.[2] She did not advance to compete in the final.[2]
