Tylomelania insulaesacrae is a species of freshwater snail with an operculum, an aquatic gastropod mollusk in the family Pachychilidae.

Distribution
editThis species occurs in Malili lakes, Sulawesi, Indonesia.[1] It occur in the single lake and the type locality is the lake Towuti.[1]
Description
editThe width of the shell is 8 mm.[1] The height of the shell is 16 mm.[1] The width of the aperture is 4 mm.[1] The height of the aperture is 7.5 mm.[1]
