Udumalaipettai is a legislative assembly in Tirupur district of Tamil Nadu, which includes the city, Udumalpet.[2] Its State Assembly Constituency number is 125. Udumalpet assembly constituency is a part of Pollachi Lok Sabha constituency.[3] It is one of the 234 State Legislative Assembly Constituencies in Tamil Nadu, in India.
