Some sources just scream "use me!" And this is an easy way to tell if an entity is notable to write about. Sure, you may be able to cobble together sources for articles, and sometimes it's necessary, like for long-dead people, but if you can only write about a thing (usually a person or company) by using multiple small mentions in dozens of works, it might not be the right project to develop here.
An article like this explains the history and attributes of the place, and other notable aspects, like architecture..., and notably without serving as an advertisement for it.
