Plot

edit

Pola and Felix, once happily married, have grown apart and have not seen each other for quite some time. This changes in front of the divorce court in Berlin . However, as the judge collapses shortly before, the hearing has to be adjourned. Felix believes it is a sign and wants to win Pola back. Felix lives with Effi and Gustav, whose marriage is not going so well, and the couple Ada and Wito are also having difficulties. While Felix sleeps with Ada and Wito with Pola, Gustav also meets a new woman, who only shows him that he has chosen the right woman in Effi. Felix also struggles with a former lover and his paranoid father, while Pola seems happy with her French lover Hannibal and even moves to Paris with him. In the end, however, everyone makes up and Pola also returns to Felix after they have buried Felix's father together.
