editI'm Filipino and Chinese and I was born and raised in the Philippines. I love playing sports; especially basketball. Playing basketball could reduce stress and it could also help you burn a huge amount of calories. [1]Some of my hobbies are cooking, baking, and playing sports. I love going outdoors and explore. I'm an adventurous person and I'm an outgoing and fun person. I love dogs especially huskies and German shepherds.
My Wikipedia interests
editI will be using Wikipedia for educational purposes and I will be using it to get done with assignments like this one. If I end up working on any content or using Wikipedia I will be writing about people that wasn't recognized for what they did to help our society. Likewise, I would also talk about and create content about colored people who was killed because of police brutality and racism. Those people include Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, and etc.

Article Evaluation
editI have been interested to talk about and search about so many things lately. However, a topic that I am particularly going to be talking about is sinulog festival. Sinulog festival is just one of many festivals in the Philippines. I am looking forward to read a great page about sinulog festival. On that account, I visited the sinulog article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: lack of citation, age , and structure/completeness.
Citations
editWhile going through the page, I noticed that in certain sections they didn't provide many citation and reliable sources. There is at least 1 to 4 citations in each section. I found one sentence that Wikipedia suggested that it needed citation. Regardless of not having proper citations and lack citations, they added external links. The external links that are included are all working.
Structure/ Completeness
editThis page did well explaining what sinulog is and what is the story behind it. However, I feel like they could've included other activities individuals do during the festival and also they could have included what kind of foods do they prepare during the occasion. The viewpoints was balanced, but they could probably do better presenting the logo of sinulog festival because I feel like I need more explanation in order to understand how the logo was made and if there is only one logo they use every year.
Age
editThe article is up to date. According to Wikipedia, the last time the page was edited a couple weeks ago. The citations are also current, the most current citation is from 2019 and the oldest citation in this page is 2016.
Summary
editAll in all, I find the page pretty good. It provided many information like; what is the meaning of the festival, how it started, what is the story behind it, what does the logo represent and etc. There is some minor mistakes including lack and improper citations.
