Renaissance World Tour showcased ballroom and ballroom culture to mainstream more than any other form of media had. Regardless of the economic gain from the tour, the tour showed the world that marginalized groups are something to be seen and celebrated. [1] It gave center stage to one of the most marginalized cultures within pop culture, despite us grasping a lot of references from the black queers community. It evoked a culture that involved and supported these groups and voices. [2]
