For those who wish to discuss something with me, it is advisable to read paragraph three first.
- I generally just make grammatical corrections/changes and reword sentences (in part or in whole). I try not to use the same or similar words within two to three sentences, and try to keep everything in any given article in the same tense: past, present, or future (ie. I try to keep all references to anything prior to the current date in past tense, all references to anything current in present tense, and all references to anything beyond in future tense). I read everything out loud, so if anything is wrong I will notice it and am thus able to fix more mess-ups, better. For eveything I fix, though, I make sure not to change the message, so that that section's citation can remain the same.
- Large parts of articles that have such bad grammar/sentence structure that I cannot properly correct them without completely re-writing them I will still attempt to partially fix (so as to make the re-writing easier on someone else), but no more. This is because I would not be certain if what I wrote could be verifiable. I correct articles (as stated at the top), not write them.
- I tend to take criticism pretty well, so long as the critic is polite and fair. In return, I will act the same. If, however, it is done rudely and unfairly, I will react in a like manner. This is also true for any other form of interaction with me. Simply put, treat me as you would wish me to treat you. By the way, although I do respect authority, such as mods and admins, said people are not exempt from my policy (although I will let up somewhat for them). It is a small favour to ask, and quite easy to accept.
Thank you for your time.
