My 5+5 a day programme is built on the 5 recommended servings of fresh fruit and vegetables and the other 5 core messages individuals are encouraged to undertake daily. Therefore, creating the 5+5 a day ‘mix it up’ and supporting our NHS (see below)
• Hand Washing – Oral Hygiene • Mental Health • Climate Change – “dome to dish seed to feed” programme • Exercise - Nutrition - Obesity (meals prepared on a budget with recipes to take home) ‘kit bag project’ • Literacy/Financial – ‘give, save, borrow and spend’
