Article Evaluation
editMost of the information seemed to have relevance to the digital divide, however, I did find some parts of the Digital Divide article distracting and some pieces could have been left out or added to a separate article. I think the Global divide section in particular could have been better suited in its own separate article. The articles were overall neutral. Stronger aspects of the articles would be the structure with clear headings and subheadings. It provides the reader with more structure and organization. Both articles also seem to get information from several different sources rather than using just a single source. However, some of the links for the citations did not work for the Digital Divide article, so it makes it impossible to confirm that some of the information was valid. I feel as if the Digital divide in Canada article would be more useful as it is able to provide more concrete examples regarding the divide in that particular area. The Digital Divide article was a part of several different Wiki projects, but was rated a Start-Class article. It was expressed that the article could use a substantial amount of work for improvement in the Talk page. The Digital Divide in Canada article was rated as C-Class and was a part of one other Wikiproject. There weren’t any conversations going on about the article or the topics it discusses.
