Ab Makol was born on the 23 of July, 2001 in Juba, Central Equatoria to parents Michael Makol Chol who was a Military soldier and worked his way through the ranks to Major General and Mary Achol Akeer a small scale business woman dealing in fashion and designing and a part time singing career.
Ab makol grew up under his mother's care in Uganda in a place called Arua as his father has always been in South Sudan struggling to provide for the family visiting ones in a while. Ab adopted to his mother's ways when he often saw her bringing in new outfits for clients and bit by bit he developed passion for fashion and at high school he was already talking fashion all the time
