The cause of the battle

edit

The Shammar tribes have changed on the Arabs residing on the northern borders of Kuwait and are trying to seize the convoys coming out of them and the Arabs residing north of the borders of Kuwait. The ruler of Kuwait, Sheikh Mubarak Al-Sabah, was angry and fed up with these aggressor tribes, so he marched an army from Kuwait led by his brother Sheikh Hammoud Al-Sabah, his son Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah and the bearer of Al-Bairaq (Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Muzain) and ordered them to attack one of the Shammar tribes belonging to Abdul Aziz Al-Rashid, so Mubarak Al-Sabah's Army attacked them and seized many of their money and thousands of sheep and camels, and the incident was severe on them[1][2].
