TABALE TABALE Somali: Tabale, Arabic: تبلى is a sub clan of the Majeerteen Majeerteen clan family and within the larger Harti clan and thereafter in the Darod Darod clan. Its members inhabit the eastern and northern portions of Bari Bari in Somalia 1, primarily found in and around Qandala and Bosaso. They also inhabit communities in Nugal Nugal, Mudug 2 and Kismayo area. They have expat communities through business in Nairobi, Mombasa, Dubai, Yemen and the diasporas in North America and Europe.
The Tabale is nicknamed for Cabdiraxmaan Muhammad [Majeerteen](Majeerteen), and name came from when he demonstrated an extensive amount of war skills. He was the son of Muhammad (Majeerteen).
History Tabale is one of the oldest sub clans of the Majeerteen Majeerteen, Harti and Darod 3. They took part in the trade system in the Horn of Africa since 17th century. They were exporting dry-fish, animal-skin,and gold, as well as Frankincense Frankincense from plants like Moxor, Yagcar and Malmal. They were importing goods like foods, beverages, medicines, clothes, fishing gears and other important goods from the Persian Gulf, India, and Zanzibar through their own boats, and dhows to ports in Qandala Qandala Bosaso 4,EylEyl and Kismayo 5. They were seafarers with their dhows and is been mentioned by well known poet Khaliif Sheekh Maxamuud: “Tabale iyo Dawaantiisii mar bay, daafta soo marine” Means ‘ Tabale and his Dhows soon will come beside us.’
Lineage. Tabale had three sons;
Ahmed, Wacdaan, and Muuse.

TALAREER. wuxuu dhalay : -Xasan(Himidoor), Huseen(Siwaaqroon) iyo Xamarwaaq (waa iskubah). -Wadalmogge iyo Isaaq (waa iskubah). -Yuusuf, Barkataale, Macalwaaq, Caqdaar iyo Saleebaan (waa iskubah).
XASAN (Himidoor). wuxuu dhalay : -Toljecle, iyo Gudoonwaaq (waa iskubah).
TOLJECLE. wuxuu dhalay : -Maxamed(Ummadnebi), Ibraahim, Cali, Cusmaan, Cumar iyo Axmed (waa iskubah).
