شاءت الأقدار أن يكون المؤلف من برج الحوت الذى يقولون عنه أنه يتميز بالرومانسية و عشق الفن . و قد ولد المؤلف على شاطئ الإسكندرية التى اختلطت فى وجدانه و كانت دائما عشقه الكبير . المؤلف خريج كلية الطب جامعة الإسكندرية ، و تخصص فى الطب النفسى و علاج أمراض النوم . والشاعر محاضر بالجامعة الامريكية ، ورئيس سابق لنادى روتارى الاسكندرية فاروس.
