PERCEPTION :)

During the pandemic and the perpetuated lockdown, many people have lost their near and dear ones, many have lost their jobs, and all of this has created an air of pessimism. I would like to share a few thoughts which can keep us positive and going. According to Darwin "It is the survival of the fittest " maybe this is the time to test our self that how fit we can be from our mind and body. Losses are irrevocable we can come out of its shock. Mind plays a critical role in fighting against such a pandemic or any other adverse condition. Research shows that we have powerful capabilities to choose positive emotions or our optimistic way of thinking. Man has a bad tendency to focus on the negative stuff rather than the positivity. To overcome such a repressing situation, we can choose to interpret negativity with some optimism. Our family. friends, mentors, and their support could be of great help in overcoming such situations. Besides, we should learn to accept the conditions thrown at us. Sharing our feelings of gratitude with our loved ones will help us to get rid of our negative feelings. Affirmations may seem a little cheesy, but research suggests that the work on a fundamental level we can actually form new "positive thought" neuron clusters. Optimism is when we consciously cultivate positivity in our minds, and this depends upon your perception.
