On the personal front, I belong to place called Satna in State of Madhya Pradesh, India. I am married to Richa Singh. I like to do - online search, surfing various web pages,tourism, watching cricket and computer games.
My profession experience of 3 years so far includes HR strategy execution (working as an executive assistant to HR leader or in his/her team), organization change (implementation of Oracle HCM), HRIS (development and maintenance), C&B tools (consulting firm) and depth analysis, PMS (end to end one cycle execution in close co ordination with HR leaders).
My interest lies in assisting HR leader in his strategy execution. I have a flair for HR analytics and strategic C&B. I envision a day when businesses realize HR as true strategic partner and HR metrics/ratios are discussed in Board/Executive meeting.
