On Being Bold
edit- Look at this sentence, and then look again in the Edit tab!
- For a guide to Wikipedia Markup language, search Wikipedia for WP:Markup.
- If you can't remember the markup, there are some tools at the top of your edit window for text formatting. Examples include bold, italic, making links, Special ฿†¢€₥₮৳ Characters, all kinds of lists, and more. So you don't necessarily need to know the markup language to edit successfully!
- I had fun building up my user page, but it's important to remember that Wikipedia is not a blog.[1] Make sure your user page content is appropriate.[2] And then have fun in your sandbox!
- In Wikipedia, usually people cite their sources using footnotes.
