In case you were confused, Even/Incl/Merge means that my belief is that, since Wikipedia will eventually contain all human knowledge (or at least all knowledge that can be collected on one website), there is no sense in deleting an article that contains, or once contained "real" information (as opposed to information which turns out to be pure opinion). Instead it should be reverted, wikified, verified, merged or whatever else is necessary to make its information useful.
