Ann Gillian Chu is completing her Doctor of Philosophy (Divinity) at St Mary’s College in the University of St. Andrews. Chu’s doctoral research is about Christian discussions on Hong Kong protests.
An alumna of the University of Edinburgh and Regent College, Chu updates entries related to theological ethics, political theology, theological anthropology, and Hong Kong studies.
Chu is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and has taught at the University of St Andrews, Regent College, and the Alliance Bible Seminary.
Prior to her academic pursuits, Chu practiced as an accountant over a decade in KPMG, the Hong Kong Government, and Regent College. She is a qualified FCCA, FCPA, ACA, CA, and CPA, CA (British Columbia).
