Alan Burchill has worked in the IT industry in Australia for over 10 years and consulted for a number of large multi-national organisations and government departments. He is also one of the organizers of the Microsoft Brisbane Infrastructure User Group (a.k.a. BIG) [1] and he has talked at a number of speaking engagements about group policy including Microsoft TechEd Australia. Alan is also a frequent contributor to the Microsoft Group Policy forum and he is also the editor and chief of the Group Policy Center web site http://www.grouppolicy.biz
He is currently a certified MCSE, MCSA:Messaging, MCITP:Server Administrator & MCITP:Enterprise Administrator and he has a Bachelor of Information Technology (Data Comms.) from the Queensland University of Technology.
