Research area
I am currently studying the genetic mechanisms regulating phenotypic plasticity in waterstriders, and the potential for parallel evolution of such mechanisms.
In the past I have worked on projects (and I still am) involving the study of recombination rate variation and key demographic events shaping the genomic landscape in different butterfly species.
