A few words of self-introduction, for anybody who can be interested... I work as As. Prof. of Biophysics in Odessa State Medical University in Odessa, Ukraine, having a PhD on physics. Also i am interested in the Naval and Aviation history (2 published books on Russian about the history of development of designs of the early US Battleships), and - particularly - in the history of the US aviatrix Amelia Earhart (since 80s). A member of the US Naval Institute and the US Association of the Naval aviation. My first language is Russian; i also know English and Ukrainian, and can read Polish. Kind Regards to all Colleagues-Editors! - sincerely, Alex V Mandel (talk) 19:19, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
If you are still interested in the Earhart incident, it would be possible to send you a new theory on the subject, published July 2008 in European Journal of Navigation [professional magazine]. If so, plse deliver an URL / e-mail for a scanned copy. 84.80.66.78 (talk) 10:59, 9 October 2008 (UTC)desertfax. hac.vanasten@hetnet.nl
