Hello,
I am new to Wikipedia but am trying to be good. I'm transparent about the fact that I work at RefME (as you'll hopefully already have deduced from my username!) and that my primary aim as an editor is to start a page for our company on Wikipedia.
Since our whole product is based on the value of accurate citations, I will endeavour to back up all of our claims with plenty of external resources, as I don't want to fall into the old "self promotion" trap. Wikipedians, please let me know if I fall short, it won't be intentional.
Looking at other reference managers that do have their own Wikipedia entries though (Biblioscape Bookends Citavi EndNote Mendeley Papers Qiqqa Reference Manager Sente to name but a few) I do think that we've earned a place here, and it's hopefully something that will prove useful to the community.
We always welcome any contructive feedback and edits, feel free to email me on alice@refme.com
