Lugen Vs. Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

OVERVIEW OF CHARGES
The accused youth of Pennsylvania had allegedly plead guilty to charges of sexual misconduct with two elderly ladies, Marjorie Welsh and Leslie Oberholtzer.
Allegedly, the two elderly ladies, aged 65, and 68, took the young man to a cosplay convention in place of his mother. The involved parties had rented out a room in the Marriott on Broadway Avenue in Philadelphia.
The senior citizens allegedly bought the youth drinks at the hotel, and they had also partaken in the consumption of copious amounts of alcohol. The two women then lost consciousness and passed out from the large amounts of drinks, and the young man engaged in sexual intercourse with the ladies, who were then unconscious.
