Imca Marina (artist name of Hendrikje Imca Bijl) (Zuidbroek, 13 may 1941) is a Dutch singer. The artist name Imca Marina was her second name (Imca) and the second name of her mother (Marina).
Career
editImca Marina's career as singer began at the choir Damster Wichter at Appingedam. In 1959 she got her first contract. Especially in the 1960s and 1970s she got much hits like Viva España and Harlekino. In the years that followed the succes was less, but she stayed a good guest in the Dutch schnabbelarea.
In july 2009 marina and her English partner Stephen Porter (Steven) divorced after 13 years. She have a son, named Floris. During a holiday in Antalya in march 2014 Marina got a heart attack.
