Keun-Tshen Goba is a Venezuelan meditation master who, at the same time as Dorje Khandro, studied under Rinpoche Chögyam Trungpa the Shambhala secular approach to meditation. He was formerly known as Ezequiel Hernandez Urdaneta. He changed his name when he became a meditation master. In the late 1990 he set up his first meditation school in Venezuela.
Following on the Shambala teachings of his master Trungpa, in his view individual enlightenment is not mythical. The practice of Shambhala vision is to use mindfulness/awareness meditation as a way to connect with one's basic goodness and confidence, as well as with that of others and the world. Shambhala vision is described as a secular approach, rooted in meditation, but accessible to individuals of any, or no religion.
