Varaham (Malayalam: വരാഹം) is a 2024 Indian Malayalam-language mystery thriller film directed by Sanal V Devan. Produced by Vineet Jain and Sanjay Padiyoor under the banners Maverick Movies Pvt. Ltd. and Sanjaypadiyoor Entertainments, the film stars Suresh Gopi, Suraj Venjaramoodu, and Gautham Vasudev Menon in lead roles, with Navya Nair playing the female lead.The music was composed by Rahul Raj , while Ajay David Kchappilly handled the cinematography and Mansoor Muthutty editing respectively.[2]

Plot
editVaraham is a psychological thriller that revolves around the encounter between two grey-shaded characters. A disturbed Malayali man, who portrays himself as suffering from mental trauma, encounters a seemingly lunatic person, who is later revealed to be a psychiatrist. As they spend New Year's Eve together, a series of unexpected incidents unfold, forcing them to confront their pasts.
Production
editFilming for Varaham was completed in February 2024, having taken place in a number of locations around Idukki, Palakkad, and Ernakulam. The film's release date is yet to be announced.
