I serve in the Canadian Armed Forces in an aviation maintenance role. Because of this professional connection, I may have a conflict of interest when editing topics involving the CAF, the Royal Canadian Air Force, specific units, aircraft I work around, or organizations I am directly involved with.

I am not compensated for editing Wikipedia, nor do I edit on behalf of the CAF or any other institution. I follow CAF public‑communication policies, which limit what I can discuss about internal matters. As a result, I avoid adding insider knowledge or making edits that could be interpreted as representing an official position.
