The article I chose to contribute was the 2017-18 Tottenham Hotspur F.C. season. The reason why I chose this article is because Tottenham is my favorite soccer team. Ever since I fell in love with the “football” club last year, I always went to the Wikipedia page and found the information hard to believe without credible sources. I want to be able to provide more information to the page. I noticed there was not any mentions of their new Nike sponsorship starting in July 2017. This means that all the team’s equipment and sports gear would be provided by Nike, a change from their previous provider Under Armour. The reason for the change is because the Under Armour contract was set to expire this year and Nike offered a bigger annual payout in their contract than Under Armour would have provided. The article will be updated throughout the season as the club will buy and sell players.
