Your edits to Key Biodiversity Area
editHello! I know your edits to the article above are well-intentioned, but they contravene many of our policies:
- we do not allow usually users to have multiple accounts (i.e. this one and User:Aplumptre). See WP:SOCKPUPPET.
- You have a conflict of interest. See WP:COI.
- If, as you explain here, you are the director of the organization, you are getting paid to edit this, we call this paid editing, which is also problematic.
- The text you added recently includes copyright violations, per this test.
- Some of the text you added amounts to advocacy, which we do not support.
- Articles should not have inline links to external sites per WP:MOS.
- Much of the material you added did not have an encyclopedic tone.
For the above reasons, the best thing for you to do here if you want to suggest article changes is to use the "request edit" template that is described here. Sorry to be so discouraging. You are most welcome to edit the other five million articles on Wikipedia though! Thank you.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 12:47, 31 July 2019 (UTC)
