Sandrine Umutoni is a Rwandan Female who is a former Imbuto Foundation General Director and the current State Minister at the Ministry of Youth. Sandrine held a master's degree in French studies from Georgia State University and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Agnes Scott College.[1] She commits to promoting gender equality and women empowerment in young women.[2]

Early life

Sandrine was born in 1983 in the United States of America to Rwanda parents who had resided there due to migration resulting in the 1994 genocide.
