Angela Agaian (known as Angy Buonarroti) was born and raised in Tbilisi, Georgia. She has turned her passion from a hobby into a profession, and finally into a lifestyle. Clearly breaking the typical rules of careers. When she was 15, She visited her first exhibition. Salvador Dali’s solo exhibition, she completely fell in love with the art that day. She told her father, “I want to be an artist too”. He found a drawing school for her in Tbilisi. She studied there for 2 years. He saw her potential and searched further and found the best drawing teacher in the city. After high school, She applied for admission to the Academy of Fine Arts Tbilisi, but she was rejected. After this painful rejection, she told her father, “I want to study in Italy.” He said, “sure, as you wish. I’ll always support you.”

At the age 19 she moved solo, to Turin, Italy. After 3 years, she graduated with honors and moved to Milan to explore a fashion capital. In 2019 she took a tattooing course and she is now also a tattoo artist.

Her art covers everything from his surroundings to different interpretations on an array of topics ranging from; loyalty, trust, friendships/relationships, and everyday life. She has had 8 exhibitions: five in Italy, 1 in Greece and two in Georgia. Presently, she’s living in Venice, Italy.
