Technology has no become a prominent part of our lives. It has helped us with many things such as communication, entertainment, education, and E-banking. It has assisted educators in the classroom,in which they use different teaching tools to integrate in their lessons; so that learning can be fun and interactive for their students. It is off my belief that with the use of technology in the classroom, students grasp and retain information better. As well as it is effective because students have to take an active part in their own learning.
There are many advantages as well as disadvantages of using technology in the classroom. Technology helps to build and improve students computer skills and prepares them for the future. Since the pandemic learning is now taking place online. Students are now able to discover many things on their own. Jerome Bruner a cognitive theorist believes that children learn best when they discover things for themselves; this increases the responsibility for students to learn on their own. The use of Technology also builds good teachers students relationship and teachers are able to assess their students strengths and weaknesses, while finding different methodologies that will cater to all the learning styles.
